The Design Process

BEFORE YOU’RE A CLIENT

1.Discovery Call

During this complimentary phone call, we'll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We will provide more insights into our process and determine if our services align with your needs. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about working together, allowing us to establish whether we're a good fit for your project.

2. Consultation

The on-site meeting, spanning 60-90 minutes, serves as a comprehensive session to gather all the details of your project. We will discuss your space, style preferences, pain points, and how our services can address your needs. This meeting is allows us to create an in-depth proposal and timeline for your project. The consultation fee for this session starts at $275.

3. Proposal

Following the consultation, we will craft a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, suggests a project budget, and provides an estimated timeline for your project. Upon approval, we'll send the contract and invoice, marking the official confirmation of your spot on our design calendar.

ONCE YOU BECOME A CLIENT

ONE

KICK OFF

During our kickoff meeting, we'll delve deeper into your desires and requirements for your project. This session will also involve taking detailed measurements and photos, laying the groundwork to turn your design dreams into a reality. Before concluding, we'll schedule our next meeting, ensuring a well-structured and exciting path forward in the design process.

TWO

CONCEPT

Our initial design presentation will be a collaborative meeting where we delve into detailed floor plan options and discuss overarching design concepts.It's an opportunity for open discussion and feedback to ensure that the design direction resonates with your expectations for the space.

THREE

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After the floor plans and design concepts are approved, we will present the entire design with all fixtures, finishes, and materials. Our presentation will include tangible samples and detailed 3D renderings, offering you a comprehensive understanding of how your new space will come together.

FOUR

IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT

We will work closely with builders, tradespeople, and begin placing orders. We will be by your side for the entire process – electrical walk, tile installation, furniture install – you name it! We are here to be your advocate and ensure the details are conveyed and completed as intended. We take the stress off of you!

FIVE

INSTALLATION

When your home is ready for soft furnishings, we take charge of the installation process, orchestrating every detail to ensure a seamless and aesthetically pleasing result. Our goal is to create a memorable "big reveal" moment, allowing you to experience the transformation of your space with the addition of soft furnishings.

SIX

PROJECT CLOSURE

Pop the champagne – Your new space is finally complete! We will provide you with a closing binder that outlines all warranty information, care guides and any additional information for your new finishes and furniture. Lastly, we will bring our photographer in (at our expense) to document your amazing new space!
